Problems Accessing the Membership Application

The Application Form Will Not Download Or Open

Make sure that the latest version of Adobe Reader is installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Reader here.

Not Able to Type Text Into The Fill-In Fields


Some users may experience a loss of the typing function provided in the New Membership Application. Additionally, the Print Form and Clear Form buttons embedded in the document may be disabled. This issue is likely caused by your browser settings. 

 

1. To print the form and complete by hand, use the print icon provided in the Adobe Reader window, or...

2. Right-Click on the form and select "save as" to save the application to your computer, then open it from there and the application should work as designed.

Printing. The are several options to print web documents. Here are a few to try if you are encountering problems.

1. The membership application has a print button embedded at the bottom left of the form. Clicking on it should open your computer's print dialogue screen.

 

2. Right-Click your mouse over the background of the membership application. A context menu should appear and on it, select Print. Be sure while doing this that you are not right-clicking above a field on the form. You must do this over an area of the background.

3. The Adobe Reader window displaying the membership application has a drop-down menu bar at the top of the screen. Move your mouse to the top of the membership application and the menu will appear. A Print icon is one of several that appears on the menu.
